FIRST Like a Girl

We see inclusivity in STEM not only as a goal to achieve, but as a fundamental responsibility. As a FIRST Like a Girl ambassador, we work to create sustainable and supportive environments where young women can truly feel they belong in science and technology fields.

With this vision, we organized an international panel bringing together teams MonT 9305 and SESI SENAI OCTOPUS 7567 from Brazil, and Bedford Express 1023 from the United States. During the panel, participants openly shared their experiences as women in STEM, the challenges they face, and their perspectives on gender equality, creating a collective awareness around inclusivity and representation. The event reached a total of 3,844 viewers.

Through this initiative, we believe that meaningful change becomes possible when young women are encouraged, supported, and inspired. We remain committed to expanding mentorship culture and supporting future women scientists, engineers, and innovators by helping them access the confidence, role models, and opportunities they need.
